In 2023 we reached out to Carpe Diem Ltd to help us resolve a long standing (technical and legal) matter related to our family home in Athens. This proved to be a very complex job to resolve that would not have been possible without the involvement of a series of professionals, a notary for the final acts, a civil engineer for the drawings and communication with the urban services of the town of Athens and a lawyer for the coordination and guidance. Carpe Diem assigned us Fotis, a single contact person who coordinated the entire operation, which made our life easier since we could get a comprehensive and personalized explanation of the actions to be taken. Carpe Diem’s staff promptly responded to our queries, has been providing us timely updates and they seem to be doing their best to accelerate things with the Greek Administration (not always responding as timely as one would expect .. :-).

I recently entrusted Carpe Diem Ltd the task to enter into negotiations and clarify the status, maybe/possibly offering a good deal, with funds in Greece, on an old family loan not being served as initially contracted. Since a family building is, also, involved to that loop, we/they had to evaluate the said building, try to understand the current situation and if/to what extent a possible, viable, solution could be adopted or not (or and seek a viable optimal solution). On a second time, hopefully, we’ll discuss with the company on a possible management scheme for the building... I am grateful for their services- all this seemed so terribly complicated to me...
