I recently entrusted Carpe Diem Ltd the task to enter into negotiations and clarify the status, maybe/possibly offering a good deal, with funds in Greece, on an old family loan not being served as initially contracted. Since a family building is, also, involved to that loop, we/they had to evaluate the said building, try to understand the current situation and if/to what extent a possible, viable, solution could be adopted or not (or and seek a viable optimal solution).
