Our financial advisor is the recipient of an email from a company sited abroad, interested to invest in Greece in land and, in parallel, apply for a loan to the Bank in order to build a secondary house for spring and summer period. Our financial advisor explained that he was unable of proposing different areas, since he isn’t a real estate agent, and that investor has to, directly, liaise with real estate agents in order to find appropriate advice and to adopt specific agreements with them.

Investment never finalized, since covid-19 restrictions, but Carpe Diem would, now, be able to offer client an overall advice on the subject matter, including a proposal of the ideal location, according to client’s expectations, legal assistance on the land status, technical advice of the proposed building, along with financial advice on tax and VAT parameters.
