A Greek expatriated living in Australia since two decades, being established with his family, unfortunately, recently lost his father, a Greek resident. He’s seeking for a trusted proxy to take over the succession procedures before the Greek Administration and is seeking advice on the real property assets. He’s unsure whether the market conditions are proper for selling property / renting or timesharing, etc. He’s not aware either on the procedures either on the technicalities and the fiscal involvement.
