The Company with the name “Carpe Diem Solutions and Services Ltd” hereinafter and for the sake of brevity the “Company”) operates a consulting and related services bureau, located in Athens, Greece, aiming to provide its clients an overall advice on acquisition and management of real state property in Greece. Doing this, the Company operates, among other channels, through a website bearing the domain name “www.carpediemsolutions.gr” (henceforth and for the sake of brevity the site or website.
The Company may offer its services through the site under the following terms of use, which each visitor / user / member of the site’s pages is requested to read carefully and to visit/use the site’s pages and services, only as long as he fully accepts them. In case of disagreement, the respective visitor / user / member is requested not to use the site, but to notify the Company of any comments in order for them to be taken into consideration, always within the limits of what is possible, in good faith and according to the relevant business ethics.
1. INTRODUCTION – GENERAL
The Company provides visitors/users/members of the site with services that are related to its professional activity and consist, for example, in the provision of information, advertisements of all kinds/types, the possibility of using communication tools, search services, etc.All existing services as well as any new services included in the site are subject to these terms of use, unless expressly provided otherwise. The visitor/user/member of the site services fully and irrefutably accepts that all information/services of the site are provided “as is” and the Company bears no responsibility regarding the limited duration, deletion, poor performance, inability of electronic data storage of users as well as any damage, which may be caused by the use of the site. The use of the site is governed by the provisions of Greek, European Community and International Law, which are binding for each user/visitor/member, who is obliged to comply with them. In addition, the user/visitor/member is obliged to use the content and services of the site in accordance with the relevant legislation, ethics and the present conditions, refraining from any action that may offend the ethics and personality of other visitors/users/members or create problems in the proper functioning of the site.

4. LIMITATION LIABILITY
The Company intends to make every possible effort, within the framework of its capabilities and technological development, in order for the services, contents and options of the site to be provided seamlessly and without interruption. However, it is expressly stated that the Company will not bear any responsibility in the event that for any reason, including negligence, the operation of the site is interrupted or access to it becomes difficult and/or impossible and/or, despite the measures taken; security, viruses or other harmful software are detected and transmitted to users’/visitors’ terminals or if unauthorized third parties (hackers) interfere with the content and operation of the site, making it difficult to use or causing problems in its proper operation.
5. INFORMATION PROVIDED – COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITY

On the contrary, for any information and content included on the site that does not come from the Company, this material cannot, under any circumstances, be taken as valid and the Company does not guarantee, under any circumstances, the correctness, completeness or availability of contents, pages, services, options of this material. Each user/visitor/member, as long as he uses the above material, does so solely and exclusively on his own initiative and responsibility, assuming, at the same time, the relevant responsibility of cross-checking the information provided.
6. LINKS WITH OTHER SITES – COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITY
The site may contain references to other websites, for the content and services of which the Company bears no responsibility, nor does it guarantees their permanent and safe accessibility. Therefore, for any problem that occurs when visiting/using the said websites, the user/visitor/member must contact the respective sites directly, which bear the sole responsibility for remedying the problem in question. For any problem that may arise when visiting the above websites, the respective owner of this site is solely responsible.
7. ADVERTISING – COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITY
The Company bears no responsibility regarding the content of advertisements (of any category and format) posted on the site as well as the communication of the visitor/user/member with third parties advertised on the site. Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for any issue arising from any conclusion of any commercial transaction between the user/member and any third party.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The copyrights of the site’s content and services, i.e. including, but not limited to, the texts, advertisements, photographs, plans, commercial and financial data, programs, all kinds of files, marks/logos, layout (layout) of the site, are protected by Greek, EU and international copyright laws and belong exclusively to the Company, and are available to its users/visitors strictly for personal use. The Company, which will always act in the context of good faith and business ethics, declares that it will make every effort to ensure that the content and information that appears each time on the site is as accurate and true as possible, however, will bear no responsibility for their reliability or completeness.
Furthermore, the relevant legislation expressly prohibits any copying, distribution, transfer, processing, resale, creation of derivative work or misleading the public about the real provider of the contents of the site. Any reproduction, republishing, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the contents of the site in any way or medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of the Company or any other copyright holder. The user/visitor/member accepts and acknowledges that the Company has the possibility of commercial exploitation (either itself or through third parties) of all the data displayed on the site.
9. COMPANY’S RIGHTS – DURATION
The visitor/user/member fully and irrefutably accepts the Company’s exclusive right to terminate the use of his/her access codes, if any, to the site’s services and to discontinue the availability of the site’s content and information whenever the Company considers that such users have violated these terms.
In particular, the user fully and irrefutably accepts that the Company reserves the right whenever it decides, at its absolute discretion, that the content of an information/advertisement/advertisement is, in any way, misleading and/or illegal and/or false and/or and offensive as well as that said content is generally contrary to these terms of use to stop its publication and posting on the site.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present terms are valid and governed by Greek Law and in the event that any of them is found to be invalid and/or unenforceable even partially for any reason, the terms not affected by it will apply and have full force.
For any dispute that may arise regarding the operation and use of the site, if it is not possible to settle it by consensus, the Courts of Athens are competent. For any dispute regarding the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions as well as for any other issue regarding the use of the site, Greek Law shall apply.
